the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.


Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing:

  • Share your Order Number along with clear photos or videos of the package and product.

Stitched Orders

  • Stitched orders are prepared after order confirmation.
  • Stitched orders require advance payment.
  • Estimated stitching and delivery time is up to 2 weeks, depending on the design and order volume.
