Pakistan Orders

We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not have any signs of use, perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is significantly different from what you ordered.

Please report any issue within 48 hours of receiving your parcel by sending clear photos or a short video.


International Orders

For international customers, we offer a 20-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by Ejaaz Creation.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The amount will be returned through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on how the payment was made.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Ejaaz Creation.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange products if:

  • You received the wrong article.
  • Your product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong size or variant.

Exchange requests must be made within the applicable return period.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or washed products.
  • Stitched or customized orders.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless they are defective.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow our Return & Refund Policy.
